Mô tả công việc
- Daily plan truck arrangement according to volume required by customers with contactors.
- Monitor, control and update truck arrival at origin and destination.
- Provide daily KPI report (time of arrival, loading, destination, ect.) and billing report according to actual delivery to managerial level and customers.
- Provide immediate action, corrective action and preventive action to problems and abnormalities happened during delivery such as lack of cargo, loss and damage, cargo returned and defected, etc.
- Control contractors and drivers to be complied with standard of service and safety regulation.
- Collect, update and analyze operational data to provide continuous improvement to current operation.
- Weekly and monthly meeting with customers and contractors.
- Do other assigned tasks from managers.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Have 1 - 2 years experience in Operation and Logistics
- Candidate must possess at least a College's Degree.
- Logical thinkings in problem solving.
- Good in communication and collaboration in English (Prefered)
