Tuyển Nhân Viên Kế Toán ( Accounting Staff)
Mô tả công việc
- MAJOR RESPOSIBILITIES:
- Preparing VAS & IFRS audit
- Regular monthly and quarterly reporting and forcast
- Analysis accounting data and other related works;
- TASKS:
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and proceduce financial report;
- Ensure timely the issuance of VAS and IFRS audit reports by liaise directly with the external auditor and other departments under the Company;
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of all reports according to management needs and objectives;
- Forecast and track key account metrics;
- Monitor, analyze and improve the internal control of the accounting department;
- Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements;
- Collaborates with the other departments to complete required work;
- Performs other duties as assigned or required by BOD
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 3 years of working experience in Accounting or Finance, preferably in real estate projects
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Auditing
- Experience in maintaining financial statement including monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing
- Fluency in writing and speaking English and excellent computer skills
