Mô tả công việc
• HR strategy development & operational management in alignment with Business strategy
• Set up and monitor the budget & actual cost of HR yearly and monthly.
• Manage, supervise and develop a team of 6 persons.
• Manage all the job of HR including Resourcing, People & Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefit, Labor relation,… Focusing on the Succession Plan & Talent development.
• Develop, implement and keep updated all the HR policies.
• Manage employee relation, labor disciplinary in coordination with Trade Union & supervise the internal communication.
• Coordinate to organize company’s internal events including CSR activities and Employee engagement.
Yêu cầu công việc
• University Degree, preferable in HR, Business Administration.
• 5 - 7 years of HR Manager in manufacturing industry.
• Proactive, can-do attitude, nice & cheerful appearance.
• Excellent ability to work with various level of stakeholders.
• Great communications, customer service, problem solving, team work & interpersonal skills.
• Great speaking and writing communication in English.
