Report to: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Key responsibilities:
- Research legal regulations and provide legal advice, draft and review contracts signed by the Company as assigned or as required by other Departments/ Divisions;
- Advise and support other Departments/ Divisions to solve legal issues occurring in their operation;
- Cooperate with the Project Development Department to contact authorities and submit applications for issuance of ownership certificates for customers;
- Working closely with Finance team in developing contracts, reviewing, negotiating, and interpreting business agreements;
- Deal with claims of customers and suppliers;
- Attending special committee meetings and offer advice as required;
- Carry out legal procedures, submit applications for issuance of licenses and other legal documents regarding business activity of the Company;
- Research, update legal information, legal documents issued by State authorities and timely inform BOD and other Departments/ Divisions;
- Other tasks to keep the Company staying compliant with the laws;
- File and keep documents of the Legal Department.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- University Degree in Law;
- Minimum 02 -03 years’ experience in project legal;
- Gender: Female only;
- Technical and practical skills in legal advisory;
- Good communication by English.
