Tuyển Merchandising Staff
Mô tả công việc
- Work with CPO/ CEO to define merchandise strategy trends, styles, pricing architecture (Understand target customers and market trends; Manage execution of aspired value proposition through assortment, price)
- Key KPIs: total sales, sales by category, GP
- Sales and margin responsibility (Create bottom - up product plans for each category, including sales, stock levels and receipts; In-season management; Set pricing to achieve targeted margins)
- Working closely with VMDs and department heads to decide how goods should be displayed to maximise sales; layout plans for stores
- Handling sales statistics, produce sales projections, controlling stock levels based on forecasts for the season
- Analysing every aspect of best and worst - sellers (for example, the bestselling price points, colours or styles) and ensuring that they reach their full potential
* Others:
- Maintaining awareness of competitors’ performance
- Gathering information on customers’ reactions to products
- Analysing the previous season’s sales and reporting on the current season’s lines
- Liaise with operations to define long-term requirements and short-term fulfilment needs
- Liaise with sales to ensure consumer and stores input into merchandise decisions
- Develop capabilities and talent in end-to-end merchandise process.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
* Experience:
- Previous experience as Retail Merchandising is required
- 6 - 7 years of experience
* Knowledge:
- Professional English proficiency
- Knowledge about software, marketing, retail, products
- Proficient in Microsoft Offices, especially advanced Excel
* Skill:
- Ability to transport, maneuver and visually evaluate merchandise
- Demonstrate excellent leadership, management, development skills
- Work effectively in groups and independently.
