- In charge assigned Modern Trade Accounts.
- Fully responsible for delivering targets of sales, trade spending, visibility and available assortment Roles.
- Win with customers for yearly trading term negotiation, selling the channel initiatives, daily business volume promotion/non-promotion and merchandising plan.
- Operational business plan for developing customer strategy, building and managing budget, identifying and winning new business opportunities.
- Monitor business performance on monthly basis to access impact of planning, coperate data insight into next month/quarter/year plan, keep sales plan alive throughout the year and monitor progress in quaterly basis.
- Execute business strategy and proactively meet the dynamic needs of the marketplace by bringing value to our customers and also our company.
- Inspire field sales force team, create positive influences on MT customers and internal business partner to deliver business objectives.
- Manage and monitor execution:
+ Develop and keep updated account plan to the standard.
+ Monitor and performance and compliance, taking corrective action where necessary.
+ Ensure clear communication and adherence of pricing and promotions.
+ Communicate clearly company program and business updates to the customers o Organize regularly the joint business review accordingly for each type of customers.
- Accept and implement extra assignment related to the common goal of the Company.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor Degree.
- Able to handle operation jobs achieve target through management skills such as planning, organization skill, meeting, communication, negotiation, team work, customer service.

CTQ (Critical to Quality).
- Good record in previous companies.
- Good at knowledge & understanding in FMCG.
- Good at account management skills.
- Good relationship/ network with clients.
- Striving, Thinking, Relating.
- Good English and IT skills.
- At least 2 years of working in MT channel required, in which at least 2 years in Account Management.
- Experienced in FMCG business as prefered.
