Tuyển Kế Toán Tổng Hợp (Genenal Accountant)
Mô tả công việc
- In charge of AP, Accruals, Prepaid expenses, Fixed Assets, Loan, etc.
- Make and declare monthly and quarterly Tax reports (VAT, CIT, WHT, business license tax) and other reports to DPI and SBV
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/ yearly financial reports
- Input and check accounting data into the Accounting system (FAST Accounting Online)
- Check and confirm AR & AP transaction, input and output vouchers.
- Process payment to suppliers, petty cash and advance and salary
- Issue e-invoice in software Vina Invoice, prepare and declare invoice usage report and registration of new invoice issuance
- Manage petty cash fund and follow up with reimbursable expenses
- Other assigned tasks
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 2 years experience in General accountant position
- Good at communication skill, typing skill
- Good at English is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Vietnamese accounting system
- Ability to work independently and in a team under pressure
- Being reliable, motivated, and honest
- Experience with FAST Accounting Online and Vina Invoice is an advantage
