Tuyển Giám Sát Kế Toán (Accounting Supervisor)
Mô tả công việc
1. Responsible for the accuracy of all accounting documents, financial statements and financial analysis
2. Responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly closing financial statement
3. Maintain General Ledger & Trial balances end of month reporting and reconciliation
4. Cash management and Cash flow forecasting including vendor scheduling, Cash balances, and weekly Cash reporting
5. Ensure all statutory tax and accounting reports and filings are prepared and submitted timely and accurately
6. Bank Account Reconciliations
7. To solve all arising issues related issuing invoice, import materials such as Prepare invoice cancel/adjust minute, returned goods, changing goods
8. Manage stocktaking monthly, quarterly, yearly
9. Inventory accounting management
10. Make sure all entries have been updated accurately in system on the monthly closing date
11. To prepare BS, P&L, CF
12. Liaise with other departments for Accounting documents and Information
13. Work with auditors on quarterly and annual audits
14. Other tasks as and when required by the Company
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor Degree with Accounting major
- At least 3 years of Accounting experience in which as least 1 years in the same position
- Experience in working for MNC and retail business
- Fluent in English for all skills: speaking, writing, listening & reading
- Proficient in MS Office application (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Outlook) and ccounting Software
- Figure- driven ability
- Being able to work hard, independently under high pressure
- Team work spirit and faithfulness, Trustworthy, Sincerity
