Mô tả công việc
- Support to manage Marketing team to be in charge of Teraco brand management, planning & implementing Marketing strategies (Brand positioning, brand portfolio, brand & product launching, increasing brand awareness) to meet the planning timeline.
- Support to build plan & budget to support overall business, monitor and report actual spending with break-ups on various activities.
- Support to manage & execute all activities related to MKT: events, CSR, PR, Digital, etc. to increase brand awareness & sales volume to achieve company's target.
- Track the team’s activities and report weekly, monthly and quarterly about marketing results.
- Communicate & support directly dealer network business to make sure their sales volume to be achieved provided target.
- Support to monitor market & Study tax (Import, SCT, VAT) regulation & government policy to support company business.
- Support to build Dealer Corporate Identity (CI) to be applied for all Dealer System and ensure their appropriate application.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Education and majors: Barchelor’s degree – major Marketing, Economics or related.
- Computer skill: Good proficiency in office computer.
- Foreign Language: Good English communication.
- Skills: Good ability to handle situations and solve problems , Good presentation skill, Good analysis & collecting information.
- Experience: Knowledge in automotive industry and competitors, Building and implement Marketing strategies, Budget control effectively, Establish and manage dealer network. Experience at least 03 years, In-deep knowledge in commercial vehicle industry.
- Health: Having a good health.
- Responsibility: Be careful, be patient and honest. Bear the high pressure.
