Mô tả công việc
- Check and verify input revenue with all out coming payment in internal logbook with all urgent payment, petty cash each Clubs (ME items)
- Control record in logbook, report about quantity, quality to comes in and out from Storage (all operation items such as towels…)
- In charge to manage of quantity all of goods on Club storage
- Arrange goods, items in tidy, easy to looking for in and out of store, make sure drinks are not expiry, damage or lost items.
- Store should be always clean and safety for all of goods.
- Process the liquidations procedures
- In charge of ordering all club items & check goods on club
- Making on hand report to have plan to make proposal to order
- Co-operation with other department to manage and distribule transfer goods
- Monthly inventory report: Export - import in month, quantity in report and actual inventory status (clean, sort ...).
- Check the actual situation of the goods to be liquidated, follow up with Admin/Club Manager to make a list of goods liquidation.
- Co-ordinate with other departments of BIM Group to liquidate goods monthly
- Working at Vincom Thao Dien, District 2
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- College/Bachelor degree
- Have 1 - 3 years experience of Admin and Store Management
- Fluency in English (excellent speaking & writing skill)
- Good computer skill, expert in Microsoft office & Excel
- Good communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Problem analysis and problem solving
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Adaptability, initiative and stress tolerance
