Working Location: District 7, HCM City
1. Admin:
- Provide stationeries and office small tools accurately and timely
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level
- Work with suppliers, hotels, travel agents, car leasing companies, stationery suppliers, clean services providers, post services providers, office equipment suppliers etc… to ensure the best corporate rates for the Company.
2. HR assistant:
- Assistance in staff's HR database System
- Tasks assigned by the HR Manager

A. We are looking for you who is:
- Fresh Graduates would be considered (Training is provided)
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office Package: Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Good looking, Social, trustful, enthusiastic, responsibility
B. It’s nice if you have:
- Experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
