** Two main jobs:
* Training
- In charge of training new comers about the company regulations and culture
- Prepare documents for examination after training
- Planing for semiannually training and exam the quality of training.
- Do make the report for RBA Audit which is related to the training tasks.
- In case of outside training, do survey, research of training courses and make report to the team leader.
* Recruitment
- In charge of recruiting Staff and all staff-up postions.
- Receive the recruitment requires/orders from Departments by following the process of recruitment (will be trained) to make the recruitment plan.
- Understand each of specific position in the departments in order to recruit the close/right candidates.
- Using private (Facebook, LinkedIn…), vendors (VietnamWork, CareerLink, Mywork….) and company (Facebook Fanpage) as the channels to spread the recruitment posts to collect CVs.
- Make the schedules to the Managers/leaders of departments and candidates for the interviews. Besides, prepare all CVs and note for Interviewers.
- Make report after every interview to HR leaders about successful candidates to make approvals.
- Contact candidates, email to all related department for the first working day of newcomers.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduated university of any majors
- Having at least 1-2 year of experiences in the same position.
- Great training skills, negotiate skills and comunication skills
- Mindset of HR, desire to run the career path of HR.
- It will be big advantage for who can join early.
- Rumor, active person.
