Mô tả công việc

- Develop and maintain strong relationship with clients and have a good understanding of our clients’ business.
- Building up team capability to develop more innovation digital solutions, going beyond traditionally planned media and start to instill a yearning to expand into the digital space and look at how campaigns can be driven by content, social media marketing, programmatic digital, mobile, search, etc.
- Responsible for overall campaign strategy, planning, implementation & post - campaign review for your set of brands. Set viable objectives and KPIs, and recommend/ develop measurement methodology against all briefs. Deliver good campaigns with strong results.
- Manage and motivate team to effectively deliver to client needs and company goals.
- Keep a close ear to the ground on new opportunities to take to clients.
- Help guide and advise the wider team on best practices, innovation and work processes. Talent acquisition and retention for Account Management team.
- Effectively address client satisfaction, renewal and escalation issues until resolved.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Experience requirement: 4 years in advertising/ digital
- A background in advertising with strong digital experience.
- Competent in digital planning with a good understanding and working knowledge of digital media
- Possess superior management and organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple expectations. Effective team management capabilities.
- Produce work of high quality. Demonstrate sharp, strategic & critical thinking and effective problem solving skills.
- Able to inspire and motivate.
