Tuyển C&B Supervisor
Mô tả công việc
● Assist HRM Manager to develop the payroll transactions system (Ex: salaries, compensation, benefits, deductions, insurance, taxes…)
● Assist HRM Manager in HRM projects (Ex: HRM regulation, policies; HR Software…)
● Supervise & verify the monthly timekeeping and payroll systems
● Update processing of payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades
● Ensure the payroll account transactions system compliance with relevant laws and internal policies
● Supervise and coach C&B staff
● Liaise with auditors and manage payroll, tax audits
● Collaborate with Accounting team to secure the accuracy of payroll, insurance, tax…
● Maintain accurate master database records
● Answering questions of employees on salary & benefits
● Resolve issues and answer payroll-related questions
● Execute the periodically reports as HRM Manager’s assignment
Yêu cầu ứng viên
● At least 5 years working in the HR field (FMCG experience is a plus)
● Professional knowledge of wages; strong understanding about Labor Law, tax…
● Good at self-organization and works arrangement
● English Communication
● Proficient in computer skill: Excel, Word, Power Point… (possessing software proficiency is a plus)
● Be able to work under high-pressure
● Numerate and comfortable with supporting financial and numeric data
