Trợ Lý Hành Chính (GA Assistant Manager)
Mô tả công việc
1. Office & Store Operations Support:
- Supervise office administration tasks: cleaning, equipment maintenance, office supplies.
- Monitor and manage store insurance procedures and schedules.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and facility improvements at stores and office.
2. Employee Welfare & Benefit Management:
- Coordinate employee benefits distribution (vouchers, gifts, events, etc.).
- Support GA in implementing and communicating HR-related benefits with clarity.
- Support department for travel booking.
3. Insurance & Safety Management:
- Control and manage store insurance purchases and renewals.
- Oversee fire prevention and safety compliance at stores and office.
4. Process Improvement & Reporting:
- Collaborate with relevant teams to map and document standard processes (e.g., cost calculation, stock movement)
- Lead or assist in GA process reviews for better transparency and efficiency.
- Prepare reports and propose data-driven solutions for GA operations.
5. Cross-functional Support:
- Be a bridge between GA and other departments (Merchandise, ACC, HR, etc.).
- Support new store openings with admin setup and internal coordination.
- Respond to requests and inquiries from office and stores in a timely manner.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administration, general affairs, or relevant roles; experience in retail or multi-store environments is a plus.
- Good English (Japanese is a plus)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Open-minded and flexible mindset is highly appreciated
- Strong sense of ownership and initiative-taking
- Willing to support team growth and act as a team player
- Working location: HCM Kohnan's office: 182 Lê Đại Hành Street, Ward 15, District 11, HCMC
