- Assist the CEO with daily admin tasks that include managing an active calendar, arranging travel itineraries, agendas, and documents for meetings.
- Assist the CEO in coordinating/managing multiple projects (consulting, solution implementation, marketing, investment, etc.).
- Prepares for the meetings, designates, and follows up on assigned action item.
- Provide assistance as needed to front desk operations to include but is not limited to, answering phones, accepting packages and other deliveries, greeting and communicating with partners, customers, guests.
- Work directly with senior-level staff both internally and externally.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Proficiency working with GSuite (Google docs, sheets, slides, calendar) and MS Office (PowerPoint, etc.).
- Fundamental task/timeline/project management skills.
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive work environment for others.
- Prior administrative experience, or excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to learn new things fast with minimum guidance.
- Detail-oriented.
- Good English is preferred.
