* Job brief
- We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Intern who is responsible for reaching out to potential clients and customers over the telephone. As a Telesales representative, we are expecting you to be an outstanding communicator and listener with the professional, but friendly approach. You must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
* Responsibilities
- Reach out exitsting and potential customer to present our product and service offering
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Keep records of calls and note useful information
- Measure identified KPIs
- Perform research at a superviosor's request
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- A final year student or recent graduate
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask
- Cope well under pressure
