Mô tả công việc

The Supervisor - Licensing and Corporate Secretarial will assist clients by undertaking advisory services regarding corporate structures, market entry for foreign investors, transaction/compliance review, other corporate advisory, and statutory services. Also, supporting clients to comply with necessary procedures for obtaining required certificates/licenses for their planned corporate structure. As a leadership role in team, this position will delegate, manage, supervise the daily tasks and performance of team members to provide the relevant services to clients.

  • Let’s explore some of the key responsibilities of the position. On a given day, you will:
  • Support Partners and Head of Department with meeting potential clients and involvement in closing the deals.
  • Manage team members to undertake the broad range of expert services such as providing advisory, letters of advice, memorandum, report, contract review, transaction review, supporting with statutory procedures in relation to various commercial, corporate, and investment matters, etc.
  • Work directly with clients to assist them with their needs in accordance with the Proposals, Engagement Letter and engaged services.
  • Consult the team members to do legal research, negotiation with authorities and other relevant entities to deal with arisen issues, develop and implement practical solutions.
  • Participate in high-level meetings and discussions with clients and team members.
  • Final review documents provided by clients and the ones prepared by team members.
  • Report timely to the Head of Department and (if required) to the Management Board covering team’s performance, providing updates on services, revenue, costs and other topics as required.
  • Liaising with Marketing and Business Development Team for Proposal preparation, Articles, Legal Update, Newsletter…etc.
  • Actively participate in networking events, organized by Company, Affiliates and others Chambers for business development and marketing.
  • Perform other responsibilities and tasks as assigned/instructed by the Head of Department and (if required) by the Management Board of Company, or for compliance requirements under the company policy and the team process.

  • University degree with a Major in Law. Obtained the Lawyer Practice Certificate is an advantage. Knowledge and practical experience in Personal Data Protection is a key advantage.
  • Competent in AI Tools.
  • Over 5 years of proven experience in legal consulting, corporate consulting services or related positions.
  • Advance English skills, especially in speaking and writing.
  • Proficient in problem–solving and having strong negotiation skills.
  • Great teamwork mindset and skills, enable to motivate and drive the team spirit.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Desire to work in an international business environment.
  • Solid interpersonal skills: you are able to influence and guide clients and colleagues across a broad range of professional and personal needs.
  • Proficient analytical skills in examining issues, updating policy documents, checklists, templates, and procedures, and then make appropriate recommendations in accordance with the applicable laws.
