- Build a talent pool for all the positions in the company.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs & design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including job posting platforms, social media platforms, networking events, and job fairs.
- Assess candidates’ information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
- Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
- Make a job offer to the candidate & negotiate when necessary.
- Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
- Support & follow up with the new hires for smooth onboarding.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Master's degree is a plus.Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or related degree preferred.
- 02 years of experience in Recruitment, IT recruiter is a plus.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Ability to attract, engage, and assess best-in-class talents in a highly competitive environment.
- Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and web-based systems (applicant tracking systems, etc.).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be flexible and able to adapt to priorities.
- Willingness to learn and overcome daily challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong in communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Strong in utilizing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to drive networking and candidate pool development.
