Senior Legal Officer
Mô tả công việc
• To provide legal advices to various departments of the Company in different area of School Operation, Real Estate, Construction, Investment, Finance, Labour, Commercial Contracts, Litigation, IP and the others related legal matters;
• To secure all licenses for Investment and Land Acquisition of Company. To ensure all to investment licenses, Branch Licenses, Share Certificates are renewed, upgraded on time, valid at all time and in line with constantly changing laws and business models of the Company;
• Effectively manage business risk through appropriate legal structures, processes and communication in line with the laws of Vietnam;
• Ensure that the policies of the Company which sent to legal department for legal advice are in compliance with the relevant laws of Vietnam
• To review and prepare contracts/agreements in relation with the business of company;
• Represent the Company in all matters in Court when deemed necessary;
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with relevant external agencies
• Manage staff evaluations and mentoring through specific training programmes
• To lead contractual relationships and fulfil legislative requirements
• Regularly update the Board of Management on the amendments and introduction of new laws and regulations
• Reports to the Director of Legal. Responsible to provide quality legal service to protect the interest of the Company. Oversee the overall direction, control and leadership of the Legal Department. Work closely with the Director of Legal and the Board of Management to provide strategic input and advice on all legal matter when required.
• To assist in other duties / responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Years of experience: at least 05 years in legal practicing experience. Deep experience in real estate is are advantage and preferable
• Having university graduation with LAW major and owed the lawyer practicing certificate;
• Good computer skills using all major office applications;
• Excellent in spoken and written English and Vietnamese;
• Working in hard pressure, challenging;
• Creative, management skill and self-driven;
• Mature, diligent, can work well as a team member as well as independently
• Flexibility to adapt with business requirements and changing laws and regulations
