- Establish the database of BCC implementation to provide for related Department timely and adequately BCC information timely and adequately.
- Ensure legal risks from the Company operation shall be timely identified and then mitigated in balance with business objectives of the Company
- Collect, update and provide necessary information for other Departments regarding BCC implementation
- Coordinate related Departments to handle issues during the performance of BCC
- Keep track of the BCC performance to advise the compliance with BCC and laws
- Draft, review contract, agreement, and other documentation of Company
- Assist in drafting and reviewing documents of the Company in the settle dispute progress
- Train for the new employees the general view of BCC
