Mô tả công việc

Lead the design and architecture of scalable, high-performance Java-based applications.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a cross-functional development team.
Drive best practices in coding, architecture, and agile development methodologies.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to ensure CI/CD pipelines and testing strategies are effectively implemented.
Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation throughout the development lifecycle.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Proven experience as a Java Technical Lead, Senior Java Developer, or similar role.
Extensive hands-on experience with Java, Spring Framework, Java EE, and JPA.
Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Solid understanding of microservices architecture and related design patterns.
Familiarity with Node.js and full-stack development practices is a plus.
Experience working with frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js, or React is a strong advantage.
Strong knowledge of software development tools and practices: Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, etc.
Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases.
Hands-on experience with gRPC and RESTful APIs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a passion for mentoring and team collaboration.
Customer-focused mindset with a drive to create impactful user experiences.
