Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
Executing:
Learning & Development Programs:
• Plan and execute the training programs approved. Follow up, measure results to propose the improvement.
• Design diverse forms of training activities to implement.
• Participate in the implementation of succession and career path building plans for the employees
• Participate as the internal trainer
• Plan and control training budgets, training service contracts
• Learning and Development team to participate in planning and organizing soft skills and professional Training development to complete the planned courses
• Execute the training courses including planning, coordinating with trainers, training centers, copywriting and administing the courses.
• Partner with functional departments to follow up and control the effectiveness of the employees’ learning & development.
Reporting:
• Prepare reporting of quantitative and qualitative metrics to measure success of the activities and suggest for improving
Corporate Culture Building:
• Participate in planning and implementing activities to build culture of the company’s core values
• Organize activities, events to build learning culture, humanities programs and engagement activities
• Co-develop the budget, solicit and purchase services from external vendors and cross check invoicing for timely payments

Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Communications, or relevant degree
• 5+ years’ experience in L&D
• Proven experience developing and managing corporate events
• Strong copywriting and PowerPoint skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal communication and negotiation/influencing skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and team collaboration/partnering
