Senior HR Information System (HRIS)

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*System:
- Oversee and maintain optimal function of the HRIS, which may include customization, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems such as Workday, Snapshot, Payroll, Flex,...
- Responsible for providing day to day technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to users.
- Manage permissions, access, and similar system operations and settings for users.
- Manage annual processes in systems.
- Work with relevant teams to load data to systems where necessary.
- Serve as representative and liaison among HR, IT, external vendors, and other stakeholders for system troubleshooting and design & implementation projects.
- Participate in developing, implementing and administering system programs with the global and regional (MYVN) approaches and local business direction.
- Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
- Monitor data quality in systems.
- Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology.
- Support in managing system vendors.
*Reporting:
- Utilise data, analysis and platforms to provide meaningful insights to the management team.
- Provide headcount reports for the business team where needed.
*Risk Control:
- Create / update agreed local controlled values (CV) tables to enhance data consistency on Workday (Job profiles and competency network values update, cost centre update, snapshot data review…)
- Create / input to HC team processes and procedures to control risk.
- Perform sample checks of HC team documents.
*Other tasks:
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, the Payroll team, the Finance team, and other HR teams, and maintain strong and supportive relationships in all departments in order to offer and receive assistance where necessary.
- Engage with other HC teams in support of overall HR activities.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager/matrix manager.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or relevant fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in Human resources and 1 year of experience in HR System Management.
- System and job analysis knowledge and skills.
- Knowledge and skills in HRIS and MS Office (esp. excellent Excel skill), capable of analysing, calculating and presenting data accurately and efficiently.
- Knowledge in Labour code and regulations.
- Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- High resilience and self-motivation.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese (both oral and written).
- Tech savvy.
