We are currently in search of suitable candidates for the role of Senior Associate - Advisory to join our team of seasoned legal professionals.
Responsibilities
- Conducting in-depth legal research and analysis to support clients.
- Leadership and teamwork with associates, junior associates and trainee associates to review legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
- Participating in client meetings, negotiations, and presentations and managing client relationships.
- Provide training to junior associates, and legal assistants in advisory practices.
- Collaborate with partners to develop business opportunities and contribute to the firm's growth.
- Fulfill other specialized duties as directed by superiors.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduated from a distinguished law school in Vietnam.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience in transaction practice at Law firm.
- Leadership qualities, including the ability to mentor junior associates.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in spoken and written Vietnamese and English, especially excellent writing skills.
