Purpose and Scope of Work:
- Support and advise the Sales team on quotations and contracts with customers, follow up on orders together with Sales to ensure timely and accurate information delivery to customers, contributing to the optimization of the company's revenue and profit.
1. Quotation
- Receive BOM List from Sales/Customers, send it to the Sourcing department for quotations, and support price negotiations with suppliers to meet the customer’s target price before sending it back to the responsible Sales (in some cases, send it directly to the customer).
- Propose purchase and selling prices to Sales to ensure profit targets are met.
2. Customer Care
- Frequently contact and maintain communication with customers to provide order updates.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with customers through communication methods such as phone calls, emails, etc.
- Create, maintain, and manage customer profiles, updating them when changes occur.
3. Order Tracking
- Support Sales in creating bookings on the company’s internal CRM system.
- Coordinate with the Customer Service department to monitor orders and ensure on-time delivery.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduated or about to graduate in technical majors such as Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications, or have a passion for working with data; or in other relevant fields such as Economics, Commerce, Import-Export, etc.
- Preferably candidates with 6 months of experience as Inside Sales/Sales Assistant in trading companies; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in office software (especially Excel).
- Teamwork skills.
- Agile, eager to learn, and willing to progress.
- Proactive, responsible, and honest.
- Strong team support spirit and alignment with common goals.
- Passionate about Sales and oriented toward career development in the Sales field.
