Regulatory Intern

External Responsibilities:
- Help prepare and organize documents needed for submission to government regulatory agencies, including applications, reports, and dossiers.
- Monitor and collect updates or new requirements from regulatory authorities that relevant to the company’s business activities.
- Track and follow up on the status of submitted applications.
Internal Responsibilities:
- Review documents to make sure they are complete and correct before submission.
- Work with other departments to collect and check needed information.
- Assist in reviewing contracts, supporting documents, developing and updating internal compliance policies and procedures..
- Help with organizing and maintaining documents and databases properly.
- Join on-site visits to assist in handling product claims (not regularly).
- Any tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- About to or graduated with a degree in Law.
- Interest in enterprise legal compliance, friendly, easy to work with, and willing to learn and improve.
- Can understand and communicate in English (both written and spoken).
- Careful, organized, and responsible with handling documents.
- Prior internship experience is a plus.
- Internship period: 6 months is preferred (Full time).
