Quality and Compliance Officer

Detailed responsibility:
To be responsible for the products quality at supplier sides, including supplier‘s quality system audit and monitor the applications of L&E QMS procedures in order to ensure that the supplier‘s product quality control is complied with our requirements.
To be assisted to handle the customer’s negative feedbacks on L&E products and services.
To be responsible to carry out the compliance audit at supplier’s sites including IA audit, performance audit and follow up in order for suppliers to continue improving to meet the customer SEA or Code of Conduct requirements.
To be assisted local Quality and Compliance Manager in any Compliance or EMS program applying for suppliers according to the business or the customer requirements.
In broader terms the jobholder will need to do the following in order to be successful:
Needs to Do:
- To conduct quality system monitoring and audit at supplier sides.
- To assist QA local team to further improve the suppliers ‘s quality performance.
- To assist QA local team to inspect the application our QMS at supplier sides.
- To assist QA local team, Customer service team to investigate the customer ‘s feedback issue, including the visits to customer factories for further investigations, as well as to solve issues.
- To assist Compliance team to carry out the compliance audit at suppliers’ sites including IA audit, performance audit and follow up audit in order for suppliers to continue improving to meet the customer SEA or Code of Conduct requirements
- To assist local Quality and Compliance manager in any Compliance or EMS program applying at suppliers site accordance to the business needed or customer ‘s requirements.
- Other tasks are according to the assignments of local QA & C manager and Country Manager.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- College or University (referred);
- At least 2 year experiences in similar fields or the audit field. Basic background of Quality Management System, preferably ISO9001:2000 Standard, Basic background of Compliance fields, EMS system, preferably the OHSAS 18001, SA8000 and ISO14001 system;
- Good knowledge of data analyses, strong problem solving skills and audit skills;
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills;
- Good command of English, basic Mandarin communication is advantage;
- Able to work under high pressure, teamwork;
- Willing for business trips.
