Project Management with Japanese Clients
- Directly communicate, gather requirements, plan, and coordinate with Japanese clients
- Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies: manage backlog, organize sprint planning, daily meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Ensure project timeline, quality, and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Multi-site Team Coordination
- Manage and engage the Da Nang team (20–40 members)
- Act as the bridge between clients – internal team – partners: handle issues, align goals, and provide clear direction
- Establish workflows, monitor performance, and maintain a professional working culture
Team Building & Expansion in HCMC
- Take the lead as PMO Lead in Ho Chi Minh City: recruit, build the team from scratch, and set up workflows and team culture
- Manage cross-site collaboration among Hanoi – Da Nang – HCMC teams and work directly with Japanese clients
- Opportunity to grow into the Program Manager role if suitable

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Developer before transitioning to a management role
At least 3 years of experience managing offshore projects for Japanese clients
Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above): capable of handling business-level communication, meetings, reports, and issue resolution
Solid practical experience with Agile/Scrum and sprint operations
Experienced in managing teams of 20+ members and multi-site coordination
Strong communication, decision-making, and crisis management skills
