A) JOB PURPOSE:
Review legal adherence of contracts in achieving GLVN targets and objectives as accordance to the prevailing law and regulations. Advising Management of legal structures and processes of both VN legal framework and local business practices in accomplishing successful business deals and structure. Ensuring legal compliance of GLVN operations by providing legal advices to the Management and other concern departments of GLVN.
B) LIST DOWN MAJOR JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Familiar with regulations and legal framework pertaining land and real estate project development in Vietnam.
2. Familiar with procedural execution related to all land matters, resettlement's compensation, authority submission and approval for all our projects including any new land banks.
3. Advise and brief on regulations which relates to acquisition and disposal of land either via "Merger & Acquisition", "Project Transfer Approval" or any other legal mechanism, project development in real estate, construction fields, and other relevant legal regulatory updates.
4. Able to understand organization commercial needs to effectively advise on real estate (i.e development and construction) related to M&A or PTA or any other mechanism while complying to relevant regulatory framework.
5. Setting up of official and unofficial meeting with competency authorities for assistance on dossier submission and plan for most effective and efficient method to support the construction processes approval and obtain approval of any other requirements.
6. Overseeing all legal approval activities and affairs that is in line with the commercial objectives of the company.
7. Ensure that all activities of the company are carried out in accordance with relevant laws, rules and regulations and the company's charter, as well as the resolution of the Board of Director
8. Providing legal advices to other Departments of GLVN such as land compensation, tax, advertisement, construction, custom etc.
9. Any other matters/assignments that deemed required by the company on needs basis.

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
a) EDUCATION: Degree in Law or other relevant credentials relating to project development and approvals.
b) EXPERIENCE: 5 years experience working in support of legal approval procedures, processes and services related to real estate business.
