Project Legal Manager (Land Acquisition, Land Development)
Mô tả công việc
1. Investment Activities: 40%
• Deal Identification/Origination
- Lead in the sourcing of investment opportunities
• Feasibility Studies
- Work with Product and Design / Project Teams to conduct feasibility studies including developing financial models for proposed products and performing sensitivity analyses.
• Due Diligence
- Lead due diligence work streams
- Liaise and work with external advisors whenever necessary (including valuers and solicitors).
• Deal Structuring
- Develop appropriate transaction structures
• Deal Closing
- Liaise with external consultants, auditors and lawyers. Follow up on legal documents/agreements
• Project Execution
- Ongoing update of financial models during project execution to monitor project profitability
2. Divestment Activities: 40%
• Actively develop exit strategies for mature assets including proposing appropriate transaction structures
• Facilitate and manage due diligence process and legal documentation
• Assist with due diligence preparation and legal documentation.
3. Build a high-performing division: 20%
• Build, develop, train, and assign personnel to ensure efficient allocation of human resources.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Background / Experience
- B.S in Finance/Investment/Economics in Real Estate.
- Master’s degree is a plus
- At least 7 years’ experience in mixed-use and / or commercial property investment projects.
- Proven track record of deal closure particularly real estate deals
- Experience in dealing with authorities
Specific job skills
- Proficiency in financial modelling / transaction structuring / English
- Intimate knowledge of Vietnam investment and taxation laws
