Mô tả công việc

Develop and manage medium-to-long-term master production schedules in alignment with sales forecasts, capacity, and material availability.
Lead coordination between production, procurement, warehouse, quality, and sales teams to ensure schedule adherence and timely delivery.
Analyze supply chain constraints and recommend strategic solutions to minimize production bottlenecks or delays.
Oversee material planning, stock inventory optimization to balance cost and availability.
Maintain and improve ERP-based planning tools (e.g., SAP) and reporting dashboards.
Mentor junior planners and contribute to planning process improvements and SOPs.
Provide production performance analysis and recommendations to senior management.

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
4–8 years of experience in production planning or supply chain operations.
Advanced knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience in high-mix, fast-paced manufacturing environments is preferred.
