Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist who can analyze insights, build strategies, and execute campaigns that drive measurable results. You are confident working across Meta, Google Ads and Analytics, and you know how to optimize digital marketing funnels end-to-end.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the local marketing and sales teams in Vietnam, to shape and execute impactful digital growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan & Execute Performance Campaigns
- Plan, launch, manage and optimize paid media campaigns across:
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Optionally: LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic Platforms, TikTok Ads, Zalo Ads
- Develop and manage full-funnel performance strategies (awareness → consideration → conversion).
- Continuously test audiences, creatives, placements and landing pages.
- Plan, launch, manage and optimize paid media campaigns across:
- Data Analytics & Performance Insights
- Monitor and interpret campaign performance using:
- Google Analytics / GA4
- Meta & Google Ads dashboards
- Internal dashboards (e.g., Pancake) and CRM tools
- Build performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Conduct A/B testing and scaling strategies based on performance data.
- Monitor and interpret campaign performance using:
- Cross-Team Collaboration
- Partner with local teams in Vietnam across Marketing, Content, Sales and Product.
- Align campaigns with broader brand, communication and revenue objectives.
- Provide performance guidance to creative and content owners.
- Innovation & AI-Driven Optimization
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools and industry best practices.
- Evaluate and adopt AI-based tools for automation, personalization and media optimization.
- Proactively suggest new approaches, formats and channels to drive growth.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Preferred 5+ years hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Experience working in fast-scaling or international companies
- Strong expertise in Meta & Google Ads
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic, Zalo Ads or TikTok Ads
- Solid understanding of analytics, attribution & tracking (GA4, UTM, Tagging)
- Knowledge of CRO and landing page optimization
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategy
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM or lead nurturing funnels
- Highly analytical, structured and proactive working style
- Familiarity with AI-based marketing workflows
- Good English communication (spoken and written)
- Additional languages are an advantage
