Mô tả công việc

General accountant will provide support to the finance and accounting team by managing daily accounting tasks and preparing financial statements and reporting. Accountant posts information into GenuSuite and reconciles accounts to ensure accuracy. The accountant directly reports to the Chief Accountant.

Transaction with the banks of the company’s account
Checking accounting entrys periodly incurred
Checking balance of figures between subsidiary ledger and general ledger
Checking and ensuring ending balance is matched with detail reports
Preparing tax reports for every month, quarter and year, submit to the related organizations. Beside performing tax finalization.
Following, paying and controling receivables and payables
Processing and journal accounting entry. Check documents, reports, and documents relation with payment before sending to Chief accountant
Explaining figures and supply documents to tax authorities, auditor, inspector according to chief accountant’s request
VAT refund
Put together cost of goods sold

Yêu cầu ứng viên

University graduate from Economics or accounting related
Minimum 03 years experience working as General accountant, Accountant and bookkeeping, accounting and sales.
Strong knowledge of Vietnam’s taxation laws, good contacts with tax dept and banks; The regime of management, use and depreciation of fixed assets.
Have experience of financial statements
Have the spirit of cooperation, openness, passion and aggressive in work
Good in English communication is an advantage
Good at computer skills, able to use accounting software.
