Mô tả công việc
- Transportation management including daily arrangement to ensure cost effectiveness.
- Manage cleaners, catering service, mail delivery, gardener, security and waste treatment to ensure quality services provided and service provider comply with company regulations while working with the company.
- Provide business travel support such as ticket/accommodation booking, visa application, invitation letter including for guests.
- Coordinate, support to organize Company’s events and activities such as Outing Trip, Year-end Party...
- Stationery management such as stock checking, ordering, delivery.
- Responsible for billing cycle of respective expense of Admin or any other expenses as per manager’s request.
- Ensure on time application for visa, work permit, residence card of expats or foreign employees
- Implement, supervise and improve all daily activities in General Affair section to make sure all activities are run smoothly.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- College or University degree
- Above 02 years experience for manuafacturing company
- Communicate in English fluently
- Good computer skills
- Able to work under pressure or working with multi tasks at the same time
- Problem Solving and Negotiation Skills
