Mô tả công việc

Work closely with Agency force for purposes of monitoring agents’ compliance with internal regulation.
Assist Manager in handling violation cases of agency force; interview agents and provide cases assessment reports
Provide professional advice and feedback in relation to agency compliance
Handle all customers’ complaints against sale force and investigate violation cases of sales force in a timely manner.
Be able to organize/chair meetings and ensure to provide appropriate and efficient solutions for these cases.
Be able to negotiate, be confident and independent during the process of investigation and handling violations.
Understand company’s system and procedures of Agency Compliance as well as related functions/departments so as to come up with accurate and appropriate solutions and ensure customer benefits are protected.
Conduct onsite-checking on sales office/GAs.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

About 2 years of experience in Agency Admin/ Claim/ Internal Control/ Audit at life insurance companies or financial institutions.
A university degree and strong logical thinking skills
Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese, with excellent writing abilities.
Familiarity with office skills
A professional and respectful appearance and demeanor
A legal background is an advantage, especially if candidate have interest and ambition in the AC field
