In May 2014 Welcome Financial Group established Welcome savings Bank which provides loan services to individual people & entities including investment in real estate. The best strength of us is developed & effective Digital capability.
Welcome DTC Vietnam is the 5th overseas branch of Welcome Financial group. We are specialized in Debt trading services such as purchasing and selling secured & unsecured NPL loans, Brokerage of Debt trading, and collection. Since the business license for debt trading was approved in December 2021, we've started offering the Debt trading service and succeeded in purchasing NPL assets from our partners (financial companies).
As a Debt trading company in Vietnam, we can contribute to making a sound financial environment for various financial entities by helping to make a sound cash flow and promoting the circulation of financial assets through providing the liquidity on nonperforming assets. We are focused on improving the firm's recovery opportunities and guarantying the debtor's normal life by the regal and reasonable collecting system. The collection business is also very important to our society. It can help both maintain clients and free up money for lending again, we create the long-term interest rate reduction effect by effective and efficient collection activities based on developed NPL management solutions.
