Tran H.N. & Associates is the first private intellectual property firm to have been established in Vietnam. It has operated since 1992 initially under the name of Pham Tran & Associates. The firm has expanded its range of services since then and changed to its present name in 1995.
We are registered as an Attorney at Law, and as such, admitted to legal practice in the Courts and other Administrative Bodies in Vietnam in accordance with the law.
In accordance with the Intellectual Property Law of Vietnam, we are also duly registered as Intellectual Property Agents with the National Office of Intellectual Property in Vietnam (NOIP), and with the Copyrights Office of Vietnam as a representative in copyright matters. We are therefore able to offer our clients a very comprehensive range of legal services in Vietnam relating to all intellectual property matters.
Our firm is dedicated to providing high level professional services to our local and international clients in all areas of commercial law, and to resolve their problems in a practical and cost effective way.
