Marketing Manager

- The marketing manager position is responsible for planning and implementing marketing and product development programs, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.

- Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
- Manage company's website and integrated tools (Google Analytics, booking system, chat system, mailing system, etc.)
- Generate contents for website and publication (contents marketing, blogs, newsletter, etc.)
- Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
- Manage online communities & travel channels (TripAdvisors, Lonely Planet, travel blogs, travel portals, travel communities, etc.)
- Manage & report online marketing campaigns (AdWords)
- Implement marketing plans assigned by Sales & Marketing Director
- Contact newspapers, magazines, TV and other offline marketing channels to build public presence
- Support other branches of Oxalis (e.g. hotel, restaurant), Oxalis's partners, local agents & travel agents in marketing, promotion and quality assurance
- Take responsibility of sales revenue target together with Sales Manager by forecasting, implementing and developing annual sales quotas, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products through marketing and sales campaigns.

2. Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration or equivalent number of years of experience
- Three (3) years of related experience with progressive management experience
- Understand adventure tourism business
