Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the strategic direction, planning, and execution of all marketing initiatives for FHVI. This role ensures strong brand presence, effective communication across digital and offline channels, and supports business growth through impactful marketing programs. The position oversees brand awareness on digital platforms, customer communication channels, monthly corporate newsletters, event participation, and marketing governance across the organization. The Marketing Manager also collaborates closely with the Board of Directors (BOD) on product, business, and partnership strategies, and represents FHVI in industry events and external meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy aligned with company objectives and business growth plans.
- Lead, coach, and manage the marketing team (including Marketing Executive) in content creation, digital marketing, branding, corporate communications, and event marketing.
- Work closely with BOD on strategic initiatives, business direction, and product marketing plans.
- Branding & Communication:
- Strengthen FHVI’s brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Oversee the development of marketing collateral, product brochures, communication materials, and health content assets.
- Manage customer communication channels (website, social media, email, newsletters, Zalo, etc.).
- Lead the creation and distribution of the monthly FHVI corporate newsletter.
- Digital Marketing:
- Oversee digital marketing activities, including content planning, SEO/SEM, social media management, analytics, and performance optimization.
- Implement brand awareness campaigns to expand digital reach and enhance customer engagement.
- Events & External Representation
- Lead FHVI's participation in industry events, conferences, and partner activities- ensuring high-quality branding and communication.
- Represent FHVI in external meetings, partner discussions, and relevant industry platforms when required.
- Demand Generation & Sales Collaboration
- Drive demand generation activities to support lead generation and pipeline development for business units.
- Partner with Sales and Product teams on go-to-market plans, product launches, and market insights.
- Performance, Budget & Reporting
- Manage marketing budget, track performance metrics, and optimize marketing spend for maximum ROI.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness, analyze data, and prepare periodic performance reports.
- Governance & Others
- Ensure brand consistency across all departments and partner communications.
- Oversee production and quality of internal/external communication materials.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Company and Leadership Team.

- Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in insurance, healthcare, or financial services is a strong advantage.
- Skills & Competencies
- Proven track record in developing effective marketing strategies and brand-building initiatives.
- Strong experience in digital marketing, content strategy, analytics, and modern marketing tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong editorial and content quality control abilities (especially newsletters and corporate communication).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
