Scope of Work
- We’re hiring a Marketing Analytics Executive to lead and deliver compelling in-store and multi-channel promotional campaigns that drive footfall, increase sales, and elevate brand engagement across all Longdan’s supermarkets.
- This role is ideal for a commercially aware, campaign-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You will play a central role in planning and executing retail promotions, including bulk sales (carton/volume offers), OEM brand marketing, and in-store customer engagement initiatives. From strategic planning to hands-on implementation, your work will shape how customers experience our stores—and why they come back
Key Responsibilities
In-Store Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Lead the end-to-end planning, implementation, and analysis of in-store marketing campaigns and retail promotions across all Longdan supermarkets.
- Coordinate the setup of promotions in the ePOS system, covering retail offers, multi-buy deals, OEM/private label promotions, clearance sales, and A&P-funded brand campaigns.
- Collaborate with IT and Design teams to ensure accurate system configurations and automated promotional label printing.
- Maintain consistency and visibility of POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials) – from shelf talkers and posters to hanging signs and product stands – in line with brand identity and campaign goals.
- Conduct regular store visits and promotional audits to monitor execution, collect visual feedback, and identify opportunities for visual merchandising improvements.
- Track campaign effectiveness using sales reports and customer feedback to suggest refinements for future campaigns.
Retail & Bulk Sales Promotions
- Develop and manage volume discount strategies for both regular customers and bulk buyers.
- Liaise with procurement and logistics teams to ensure promotional items are in stock and supported with strong visual displays.
- Align carton/bulk sales promotions with seasonal campaigns (e.g. Lunar New Year, Mid-Autumn Festival, Golden Week) and container arrival schedules.
- Create and distribute bulk sales price lists and promotional flyers, and coordinate execution in-store and through wholesale sales teams.
Multi-Channel Promotion Strategy
- Design cross-channel campaigns integrating in-store, eCommerce, and B2B/wholesale platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging, visuals, and customer offers.
- Define promotional calendars that sync store-level initiatives with national campaigns and digital activations.
- Work with the eCommerce team to coordinate online-exclusive flash sales and feature retail promotions on the website, ensuring price and offer alignment across platforms.
Stakeholder Communication & Store Support
- Act as the main marketing contact for store managers, ensuring timely communication and rollout of campaigns and POSM materials.
- Respond to urgent shop-level requests for clearance or overstock promotions, coordinating swiftly with purchasing and operations teams.
- Monitor shop feedback, identify pain points, and take action to support store staff with campaign visibility, product education, and display improvements.
- Ensure all stores are equipped with the latest promotional assets and have the correct product arrangements to maximise impact.
Campaign Evaluation & Reporting
- Analyse campaign performance across retail and wholesale, using weekly and monthly sales data, stock reports, and customer response.
- Share regular performance updates with internal teams and contribute insights to guide future marketing plans.
- Track performance of OEM promotions and container-linked campaigns, ensuring coordination between product availability and marketing activation.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 1–3 years of experience in retail marketing, preferably within grocery/FMCG environments.
- Strong understanding of in-store promotions, POS materials, and campaign planning.
- Experience working with ePOS systems, preferably in a multi-branch retail setting.
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across operations, sales, design, and supply chain.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
- Creative mindset with the ability to adapt messages for different target groups (e.g. retail vs wholesale customers).
- Commercial acumen with the ability to link marketing activity to sales outcomes.
- Willingness to travel to stores as needed to support and supervise promotional rollouts.
