Mô tả công việc

1. Monitoring and control Third party logistics provider (3PL) to manager distribution centers

Work with 3PL to ensure data for In – Out – Inventory on time and accurate
Monitoring products status in warehouse correct with SAP any time
Follow up and tracking product in – out follow FEFO principle and control aging of product
Optimization warehouse capacity at any time

2. Sale order processing

Processing Sale order from distributors follow sale order process
Optimize truck delivery planning (maximize full-truck-load)
Follow up and tracking progress of sale orders from distributors vs. shipment plan and report timely

3. Report sell in for daily and monthly

Warehouse Transactions
Proceed transaction warehouse issuing / Receipt base on request from relevant fuctions

4. Process Improvement

Participate in developing and updating logistics processes.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

1. Capability requirement:

Establish objective: define prior objective. Develop plan to gain objective.
Focus on customers.

2. Skills requirement:

Listening, read and writing good in English.
Computer skill: good in MS. Office, email, internet
Proficient at analysing sales data.
Ability to summarize sales data in report.
Good solving problem skill.

3. Qualification and Experience

College graduates or higher
At least 1 - 2 years experiences in logistics in FMCG.

4. Age/Gender/ Other requirement

Male or female from 24 to 30 age, good looking, normal healthy.
Integrity and honesty, highly self-confidence is required.
Work independently and effectively toward.
Strong commitment to business ethics.

Thứ 7 (từ 08:30 đến 12:00).
