Mô tả công việc

Coordinate with the Logistics team for the dispatch of the materials for both local and export customers.
Coordinate with the team and prepared the necessary documents for the dispatch of the materials including Delivery note, Sales invoice, Commercial invoice, packing list, outbound details, etc.
Prepare, check and verify the materials before dispatch.
Sends daily dispatch details to the specific in-charge of the materials including warehouse/store coordinator and salesperson.
Responsible for the keeping of the acknowledged documents from the customers for the delivered materials and make follow ups if necessary.
Respond to customer complaints/problem regarding the delivered materials.
Check and confirm the Finish goods produced daily by the production team.
Enter the production details for the materials including other transactions like Transfer, Issue, Receiving, Closing, etc. using SAP system.
Maintain the inventory, cleanliness of the warehouse and arrangement of the raw materials and finish goods to ensure production team have enough stock and space for the materials.
Receive and confirm the details of the incoming raw materials from supplier to ensure the correct quantity and material was received.
Coordinate with the production team for the samples requested by sales person and project in-charge ensuring to provide it within the target date.
Plan and check the workload of the labors under the store and dispatch team including the filing of the records of the daily workload sheet.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain / or equaling
Proven experience as Production /Logistics Coordinator or similar role
Advanced skills in MS Office. SAP MM preferred.

Manage Logistics (Local/Export customers) functions for Aeroduct division in coordination with Production team.
