Legal Supervisor
Mô tả công việc
1. Corporate governance:
- ensures that company activities comply with applicable laws and regulations;
- assists Accountable Functions in ensuring that business policies, procedures and practices are in line with the internal regulations and applicable laws.
2. Legal advice:
- provides advice and promptly updates Accountable Functions on changes of applicable laws;
- reviews and assesses the legal aspects which may affect company activities.
3. Contract review:
- review the terms and provisions of contracts/agreements with the suppliers.
4. Legal documentation:
- set up, implement and update legal documentation management system in the company aiming to internal legal services with high quality and efficient support to business operations of Accountable Function.
- maintain the filing systems of legal documents.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Education /knowledge: Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.).
Experience :
• At least 4 years in a legal/compliance position in an insurance company/bank or a law firm. Experience in insurance industry will be an advantage.
Skills :
• Knowledgeable of laws and regulations of Vietnam.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Computer literate: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.
• Strong communication skill (both verbal & written).
• Detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks.
• Good organizing and time-management skills.
• Critical thinking and commercial mindset.
• Strong analytical, logical and problem-solving skills.
