Legal Staff (Senior Executive - HR&GA Department)
Mô tả công việc
• Responsible for handing cargo claims, BL claim.
• Responsible and in of charge of legal compliance issue
• Coordinate and work with 03rd parties on issues related to law, cargo insurance, claims…
• Coordinate and work with law consultants on issues related to competition law, anti-bribery, anti-corruption, regulatory violations…
• Organize seminars, workshops for relevant departments at offices as required.
• Monitor issues related to the implementation of rules and regulations related to compliance, COI, Outside employment… submit monthly report.
• Report to manager or region legal department as required.
• Support and perform other tasks assigned by respective manager.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Vietnamese Citizen;
- Gender: Female/Male
- Graduated from universities of University of Law, ….. or other universities with a major in law.
- Experience in the field of Shipping and Logistic from 4-5 years or over.
- Good communication, presentation skill, interpersonal skill, report skill;
- Fluent in comprehension, written and spoken English;
- Supper computer literacy with capability in MS Office;
- Work comfortable under pressure and attention to detailed;
- Enthusiastic, dynamic and well-organized;
- Willing to meet objectives under higher pressure.
