Responsibilities:

As a Middle Legal Specialist in our team, you will:

Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize various contracts and agreements, including commercial contracts, NDAs, MOUs, service agreements, partnership agreements, licensing agreements, etc.
Handle and advise on Intellectual Property (IP) matters, including trademarks, copyrights, software, content, licensing, ownership, and IP protection.
Develop and standardize legal forms, templates, and internal legal processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
Draft and manage meeting minutes and decisions required to be issued in accordance with the specific corporate structure of each company within the group.
Provide legal advice and consultation to departments, divisions, and the Company’s leadership.
Conduct legal research and provide legal consultation on regulations and legal matters related to international markets, particularly Singapore, Australia and other relevant markets as assigned.
Identify and assess legal and operational risks, and propose appropriate preventive measures and solutions.
Coordinate with external law firms, legal consultants, and relevant authorities when necessary.
Maintain legal records, monitor compliance, and perform other legal tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Legal, Corporate Legal, Legal Counsel, or a similar role, preferably with in-house experience.
Strong legal research and analytical skills, with the ability to translate legal requirements into practical business solutions.
Business-oriented mindset with the ability to balance legal compliance, risk management, and business objectives.
Good command of English, with the ability to review and work with English legal documents and contracts.
Diligent, detail-oriented, and open to learning.
