Mô tả công việc

Give legal consultation and follow all legal procedures relating to Head Office and subsidiaries' businesses and investments;
Prepare and revise all relevant legal documents;
Handle licensing matters of the company;
Partake in disputation and settlement (if any);
Prepare minutes of meetings and decisions of Board of Directors (BOD), Board of Members (BOM)/ Chairman of BOD, BOM at subsidiaries;
Research and update new laws and regulations relating to businesses and investments;
Other duties assigned by Legal Director.

Bachelor Degree with major in Law, candidates with Lawyer practicing certificate is preferrable;
At least 2-3 years in relevant position;
Deep understanding of laws/regulations in business management, investment, real estate, hospitality, retail, etc.
Professional working English (4 skills);
Report writing, analysis and synthesis skills;
Communication and presentation skills;
Ablitity to work individually and in team;
High sense of responsibilty an ablity to work under high pressure.
