Mô tả công việc
- Ensures the compliance of Company’s activities with prevailing laws, international commercial practices.
- Investigate legal matters/issues relating to enterprises and investment laws and advise the relevant departments on the action plan to improve their compliance with law.
- Assists Management and internal departments in ensuring that business policies, procedures and practices are in line with the regulations and legal system stipulated by SR Vietnam.
- Provides advice to Management on the implications or impact to business decisions of legal rules and regulations.
- Set up, implement and update legal documentation management system in the company.
- Review multiple types of contract and provide legal opinions or suggestions to ensure the legal rights and benefits of Company.
- Create and ensure that goodwill and relations of high standard are maintained with all Government authorities.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduation from the field of Enterprises Law, Investment Law, Construction Law
- At least 2 years of Working experience in relevant position.
- Fluent in English.
- Goal and results-focused, a high sense of personal organization and Confidentiality.
