· Provide legal consultations, analysis and advice in full cycle of matters related to financial services and products offered by the group companies
· Ensure that all the financial services and products offered by group companies comply with regulatory requirements and applicable national laws of the countries concerned
· Organize and ensure legal support to group restructuring and general corporate governance matters
· Ensure legal support to M&A transactions
· Provide legal support and ensure that services and product advertising comply with regulatory requirements and applicable national laws of the countries concerned
· Draft and revise different types of business cooperation agreements
· Monitor draft laws and changes in legislation in the field of competence and to coordinate actions required to keep group companies compliant, mitigate or eliminate risks
· Carry-our researches, risk analysis and provide legal advice on documents, procedures and activities and compliance thereof with applicable laws and regulations
· Develop in-house documentation in the field of competence
Yêu cầu ứng viên
· University degree in Law
· Fluent English
· Minimum 3-5 years in a legal position in the international company or a law firm. Experience in financial industry will be considered as an advantage
· Proven success in business law, strong business mind set and orientation towards the goal
· Good generalist knowledge of all the key areas of law
· Good knowledge in general corporate and commercial laws, previous specialization in financial services, data protection, AML compliance is a strong benefit
· Proven ability to proactively provide insightful and timely legal support to stakeholders across a functionally and geographically-dispersed organization
· Ability to resolve complex legal issues, to communicate complex legal issues to non-lawyers, to consult and provide professional advice
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Very good legal writing, drafting skills and solid oral presentation skills
· Strong team player, flexible, international, open minded person
· Stress resistant, resilient, able to work in a high paced environment, set priorities and open to flexible working hours
