Key Responsibilities
- Assist lawyers in conducting legal research, reviewing legal documents, and drafting legal memoranda, correspondence, contracts, and other legal documents.
- Research, summarize, and keep up to date with relevant laws and regulations applicable to assigned matters.
- Provide legal and administrative support, including printing, scanning, filing, and submitting or collecting documents from government authorities and/or clients.
- Perform other legal and administrative tasks as assigned by supervising lawyers.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Final-year law student or Bachelor's degree graduate in Law. Preference will be given to candidates with strong academic performance, a genuine interest in legal practice, and the ambition to pursue a legal career.
- Good command of English, particularly in legal research, drafting, and professional communication.
- Available to work at least three (3) working days per week.
- Strong legal research, analytical, and legal writing skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Careful, responsible, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong legal research skills.
